Portfolio positions are described below by technology and deal type. Counterparties are not named in public materials. Names, terms, and documentation are available to qualified partners under a confidentiality agreement.

A water compatible delivery technology that improves absorption and onset in beverage and food applications. Structured as a technology license with United States commercialization rights and a royalty on partner production.
Manufacturing
Certified Contract Manufacturing Partnership
A master manufacturing, brand support, and distribution framework with a certified manufacturing partner, implemented through statements of work covering product, channel, rate, escalation, and performance mechanics.
Research
Botanical Discovery and Screening Platform
A research led platform identifying and characterizing plant derived compounds with demonstrated functional activity. Structured as a research collaboration with a defined intellectual property and licensing pathway.
Regulated Platform
Licensed Vertically Integrated Operator
A New York licensed platform converting a regulatory authorization into an integrated cultivation, manufacturing, and distribution business. Structured as a direct investment with royalty participation and governance rights.
Ingredients
Botanical Ingredient and Terpene Supply
Qualified ingredient supply for formulation programs, established through laboratory evaluation of purity, consistency, and analytical documentation, then formalized as a supply arrangement supporting portfolio production.
Brand
Functional Food Brand Vehicles
Consumer brand vehicles built on portfolio delivery technology and held in dedicated special purpose entities, allowing capital partners to participate in a single brand rather than the platform as a whole.

IATC participates as principal in each position, and positions are structured so that intellectual property rights and royalty receivables remain movable to IATC controlled entities.
